A parent or legal guardian should accompany students when registering. Please bring the following information:

• Proof of age (birth certificate or baptismal certificate)   (Required)

  • When registering kinder age students please make sure the students are 5 on or before August 31.

  • High school students are required to be 21 and under to be enrolled.

• Student immunization records (Required)

• If you have legal or temporary custody please provide documentation to prove that the student will reside with you (e.g., court document, and or signed documents from the student parent).

• Parents or guardian's telephone numbers (day and evening)

• Health history: 

  • name, address, and phone number of the child's doctor and dentist, indicate any allergies or illnesses to best accommodate students.

• Proof of residency (utility bill, tax statement)

• Withdrawal form or report card from the last school attended

  • To make sure your students are placed in the appropriate schedule.

If you are a Non-Resident of Wahluke School District, we suggest you register your student with your Resident School District.
