Warrior Friday Info - Información para Viernes de Guerreros: 10/21/22
Hello WSD Parents,
Tomorrow October 21st will be our first-ever Warrior Friday. This is an optional day for students.
Students in Elementary and Junior High who have returned their permission slips will attend school from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
IF you have received a robocall this week, the call was explicitly directed to Wahluke High School Students ONLY, as WHS is asking any students who are currently failing a class to attend and extra support. Students in WHS will also attend school from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
TRANSPORTATION: There will be 7 routes for Friday. These routes have designated stops. The dots on the map (attached to this post) are where the buses will make their stops.
We also have indicated a time, so students and parents know what time the bus will be making its stop. It is the parent and student's responsibility to meet the bus at the designated stop. Please have your student wait at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time. These routes are only Warrior Fridays.
DROP OFF: If you are dropping your student off tomorrow, arrive between 7:50 AM, as supervision will not be available before.
MEALS: Will be provided for participating students.
This is a new insinuative that our district, students, staff, and families will be experiencing. We appreciate everyone’s collaboration to ensure that our students receive extra interventions and enrichments.
