It's almost time to head back to school!!! FREE vaccine clinic on August 16, from 3-7 pm @ the high school. We are providing a free dinner for those who participate in the clinic. Parents of students moving from 6th grade into 7th need to be aware of the required TDAP vaccine. Please be sure your student has received this before the beginning of the school year or they will be excluded from school until they are up to date on the required vaccines. This clinic is also available to the community at no charge.

All community members are invited to attend the Vaccine Clinic Event on AUGUST 16th 3-7 at the High School Commons! ALL IMMUNIZATIONS are FREE. The clinic is completely free, no insurance or ID required. A free BBQ meal will also be provided by Wahluke School District's new Food Service Management Company, SFE, for all the participants in the event. This is an excellent opportunity to taste what SFE will offer our students and staff this year and get current on those immunizations. __________ ¡Todos los miembros de la comunidad están invitados a asistir al Evento de la Clínica de Vacunas el 16 DE AGOSTO del 3 al 7 en High School Commons! TODAS LAS VACUNAS SON GRATIS. La clínica es completamente gratuita, no se requiere seguro ni identificación. The M2 Summer Program students visited Columbia Basin Community College in Pasco to learn what College is all about, toured the facilities, and walked through the CBC Art Gallery. 🎓📚☀️🎓📚☀️🎓📚☀️🎓📚☀️ Los estudiantes del programa de verano M2 visitaron Columbia Basin Community College en Pasco para aprender de qué se trata la universidad, recorrieron las instalaciones y caminaron por la galería de arte CBC.

WSD is bringing Southwest Food Service Excellence (SFE) to our campus, a culinary-based food service management company exclusively dedicated to K-12 nutrition. They are curating our summer meals and the district's nutrition services for the upcoming school year. 🍏 We are so excited to introduce them. 21st Century Summer program is on! And our students are learning to make tortillas in Cooking Class, planting flowers in Agriculture, creating and testing bridges in STEAM Robotics . 🤩🎉☀️😎 ¡El programa de verano del siglo XXI está en marcha! We wanted to share these updates regarding offices: 🔸 WSD's HR and Payroll Departments have moved from the Mattawa Port Office to the District / Administration Office. 🔸 The Special Education Department moved to Portable 24 and 25 by the Migrant and Multicultural Department portable across the WSD tennis courts. __________________ ¡Feliz lunes, WSD!
